Who we are
These terms are between you and URU zone ehf., company registration number (kennitala) 5003230860, Árleyni 8, 113 Reykjavík, Iceland.
The service
URU provides the URU app, the URU Tag training device, the uru.zone website, and related subscription features. The service measures and presents strength training and movement information.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use URU. To buy a subscription you must be 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Mollie processes subscription payments. A subscription renews until you cancel it. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. You can cancel at any time through the account page. We do not refund a billing period that has already started unless applicable law requires a refund.
The URU Tag
The URU Tag is not a medical device and the service does not provide medical advice. Training carries risk. Use the URU Tag at your own risk, follow its safety guidance, and stop if continuing would be unsafe.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, misuse another person's account, or use the service to harm others.
Intellectual property
URU owns or licenses the service, including its software, scoring formulas, designs, text, and branding. These terms give you a personal right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data URU collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted or changed. We may update features, compatible devices, or these terms. If these terms change materially, we will provide notice through the service or by email.
Liability
To the extent Icelandic law allows, URU is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost profit, or harm caused by using the service contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. The courts of Reykjavík, Iceland have venue, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
